What I do

You lead the vision.
I'll carry everything it touches.

You've probably already tried to hand this off. Maybe you hired people who were great at the work but couldn't hold the nuance, the decisions, and the pace you needed. Maybe you went bigger and hired a Fractional COO, thinking the right title would fix it. But that role was built to manage a leadership team. You needed someone who could be the leadership team and still roll up her sleeves. So it all came back to you.

I work differently. As your Chief of Staff, I'm the senior operator and integrator who runs the business with you, and the person you think out loud with before the big calls. Your team, your numbers, your clients, the launch, the hire, the conversation you keep putting off. I hold it, so you can finally put some of it down.

Someone has to hold
the whole picture.

At a recent large-scale event, I stood in a side room with a founder two hours before the biggest pitch of her year. She talked every line through out loud. I asked questions and pushed back where it was soft. By the time she walked on stage, the pitch was focused and ready to make an impact. Meanwhile, her team was running a minute-by-minute run of show without missing a beat.

Nobody writes that moment into a job description. It isn't on any schedule or anyone's task list. But it's often the moment that decides how the whole event goes.

That's the difference. Anyone good can run the tasks.
Someone has to hold everything the tasks depend on.

What you finally get to put down

01

The endless “quick questions.”

Your team comes to me first. You only hear about what truly needs you.

02

Deciding what matters this week.

I set the priorities, tell the team what's first and what's dropped, so the plan you made Monday still holds on Friday.

03

Being the only one who knows who's doing what.

Everyone knows what they own and what “done” looks like. No more chasing.

04

“Do we even need this role?”

I figure out the team you actually need, then help you hire for it, restructure it, or let it go.

05

Selling something before you know how you'll deliver it.

I run the numbers and map the delivery before you launch, not after.

06

The conversation you've been avoiding.

We plan it together, I help you find the words, and you don't walk into it alone.

07

Your clients feeling the chaos.

While everything changes behind the scenes, your clients just feel taken care of.

08

Holding the whole business in your head.

I carry the full picture with you, so a day off can actually be a day off.

“But I just invested in AI. Can't it do all of this?”

AI can run tasks faster than any person ever will. But it can't hold judgment, nuance, or the parts of your business that only live in your head and your heart.

“I already have a coach.”

Keep them. Your coach helps you get clear on your marketing and your mindset. I'm the one in the room with you, turning it into decisions, timing, and what happens next.

A conversation. Not a commitment.

You don't have to have it figured out to reach out.

Most founders start with “I don’t even know how to explain this” or “I’m so tired of fixing the same team problem.” Tell me what’s going on. I’ll listen, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person to help.
