Ways to work together

Where we start depends on
how loud the chaos has gotten.

The Operating Read

When you're not sure if it's the team, the systems, or you.

Let's talk

You've tried to fix it twice. Both times, something broke or someone dropped the ball again. Give me two to three weeks inside everything: your team, your delivery, your tech, and your numbers. I'll come back with a written answer to what's actually breaking, what it's costing you, and the real decision sitting underneath it. Then we sit down together, and I tell you exactly what I'd do, what I'd stop, and where each path leads.

Two to three weeks. You walk away knowing what's true and what to do first.

The Operating Seat

When you need a true second-in-command, not another pair of hands.

Let's talk

This is the heart of my work. I step in as your Chief of Staff: the senior operator and integrator who runs the business alongside you. I lead your team day to day, keep priorities from drifting, and make the calls we've agreed are mine, so they stop piling up on your desk.

You get your brain back. Your team gets a leader who isn't you.

My decision-making authority is written into our agreement. I've watched too many good people get handed all the responsibility and none of the power to act on it.

Three months to start, then quarter by quarter.

The Hard Season

When the next 90 days are too important to get wrong.

Let's talk

Some seasons carry more weight than others:

  • A launch you're betting big on, and nobody has planned the delivery
  • Growth that's outrunning your team, with balls dropping everywhere
  • A shift you've already decided on: closing a program, changing your sales process, or rebuilding your tech stack or team
  • A season in your own life that means the business has to run without you for a while

Hard seasons are where I do my best work. For ninety days, I'm all in. I map it from start to finish, set the order and the timing, write the words you'll say to your team and your clients, and walk with you all the way to the other side.

Ninety days, with a clear finish line. Then we're done, or we decide together what's next.

I work with three founders at a time. That's not a sales line. It's how I make sure that when you call, you actually get me.

Who this is for

You'll know in ten seconds if this is you.

This is for you if:

  • You've built a real team, somewhere between 5 and 50 people, and it still feels like you're running it alone
  • You're the face of the brand, the visionary, and somehow still the one answering every Slack message
  • You've hired good people, and you're still the only one who can make the call
  • You're done holding it all, and ready to hand over real decisions, not just tasks
  • You can see the next level from here, and you know you can't get there the way you're running things now

This probably isn't for you if:

  • You want an extra pair of hands to clear your to-do list
  • You want someone who'll tell you what you want to hear
  • You'd want me responsible for outcomes, without the authority to act on them

None of this is a judgment. It just means you need a different kind of support than I offer, and I'm happy to point you toward it.

A conversation. Not a commitment.

You don't have to have it figured out to reach out.

Most founders start with “I don’t even know how to explain this” or “I’m so tired of fixing the same team problem.” Tell me what’s going on. I’ll listen, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person to help.
